Sausalito Residence, Early California Architecture, This was a new home that everyone thought had been there a century
Lake Las Vegas Fire and Police Station, dorm for 20 fire fighters, 4-Bay apparatus bay for multiple oversize vehicles, done on budget with no change orders
Toy Store built in late 40's Art Deco building, San Francisco
Design/ Build, Armed Forces Career Center for the Navy, Army, Marines and Air Force, Las Vegas and Henderson
Design-Build -- Very custom 3-Story, 4-Bedroom Home on 18' wide lot looked like a real challenge, but by designing a 2-Story light well in the middle of the building, and clear spanning the floor system we ended up with 17' wide rooms, which is highly unusual in mostly Victorian San Francisco
